Park on level 3 of the Waterview Garage.  Level 3 has a walking bridge to the 2nd floor lobby of Midtown West where the Tour will begin.

What:    Come take a guided tour of the future of urban living with Tampa’s newest mixed used development, Midtown Tampa. The mixed-use development spans over 22 acres with 1.8 million square feet of retail, office, residential, hotel, restaurant, and entertainment space. As part of this tour you will get a chance to see Midtown West, a 150,000 SF Class A LEED Certified Office Building; NOVEL Midtown Tampa, an apartment home community with a mix of 1,2, and 3 bedroom units; Midtown Lake and Watercourse trail, which offers indoor and outdoor gathering spaces; and lastly the ALOFT/Element hotel. We will wrap up the tour by heading over to Brick House Tavern and Tap for a social networking hour complete with hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
